EQA Pilot Schemes for 2026 Launched

We have launched this year's EQA pilot schemes! The arranged pilots will be free of charge for a limited number of participants.

The pilot schemes are:

• Candida auris, nucleic acid detection
• Cryptosporidium/Giardia/ Entamoeba, antigen detection
• HCV RNA, capillary blood, point-of-care test (POCT)
• Preanalytics, extended specimen collection
• Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) for somatic tumours

Additionally, we are planning to organise an EQA pilot study for Alzheimer’s disease biomarkers. In order to determine the level of interest for this program, we would appreciate your participation in our online survey.

Registration for the pilots is open until 15 March 2026.
