Customer Feedback

Customer feedback is important to us as it helps us make our services and activities more customer-friendly.

Complaints and appeals can also be submitted in writing using the form below. Complaints and appeals are handled within 1-2 months of receiving the complaint or appeal. The complaint or appeal will be handled by Labquality's management team.

The complainant or appellant will be notified of the decision on the complaint or appeal in writing. If the complaint or appeal is related to Labquality's impartiality or independence, it will be handled in Labquality's Quality Department, which is operationally impartial.
