DNA sequencing (EQUALIS)

Samples: Two samples where one consists of amplicon and primer pairs for a total of two sequencing reactions and one is a total of four sequencing files (ab1- and seq-format, both in forward and reverse order)

Examinations: Both ability to identify the sequence and report according to HGVS nomenclature are assessed.

Rounds: 1 round per year

Accrediation: Not accredited

Results/sample set: 1

Additional information: Organized in cooperation with Equalis. An annual subscription must be made by the end of the previous year. The subscription requires participation in all rounds.
