Examinations: Direct multiplex nucleic acid detection. Pathogens included are adenovirus, bocavirus, B. parapertussis, B. pertussis, C. pneumoniae, coronavirus (OC43, 229E, NL63, HKU1), enterovirus, influenzavirus A/B, L. pneumophila, metapneumovirus, M. pneumoniae, parainfluenzavirus 1-4, rhinovirus, RSV A/B, SARS-CoV-2 and S. pneumoniae.
