Labquality Days Evening Event

Register for this event, organised by Labquality, using the registration form linked below. Use the same email address that you registered for the congress with.
The ticket price is 100€ + VAT. Please note the discounts that you may be eligible for.
You will find the discount code for the tickets in the confirmation email you received upon registration for the congress. Please remember to fill in the discount code in the field on the billing information page.
We reserve the right to make changes or cancel the event should the number of participants be deemed too small.
Bus transport
You can get to the evening event location with a free bus service that will operate on the route Messukeskus → Sokos Hotel Tripla → Koskenranta throughout the night. Buses leave at the following schedule:
17:00 Messukeskus → Tapahtumakeskus Koskenranta
17:10 Messukeskus → Sokos Hotel Tripla → Koskenranta
17:20 Messukeskus → Sokos Hotel Tripla → Koskenranta
17:30 Messukeskus → Sokos Hotel Tripla → Koskenranta
17:40 Messukeskus → Sokos Hotel Tripla → Koskenranta
Between 18:00 and 22:00, there will be a non-stop bus shuttle operating the route Koskenranta → Messukeskus → Sokos Hotel Tripla → Koskenranta. This means that you can join us later if you miss the first batch of buses, and you can also leave the evening event at a time that's suitable for you.
You can also access Koskenranta with public transport. There is a limited number of paid parking spaces at Koskenranta.

Entry to the event, dinner and drinks, entertainment and bus transport to and from the venue.
For those who have purchased a congress ticket, the price is 20€ + VAT.
For exhibitor representatives, the price is 50€ + VAT.
If you haven't registered for the congress but want to join the evening event, the price is 100€ + VAT.
When registering for the evening event, please use the discount code found in the confirmation email you received upon registering for the congress.

Yes, you can. If your employer is paying for your congress ticket, but you would like to pay for the evening event yourself, choose PayTrail as your payment method.

Buses leave every 30 minutes starting from 17:00. The route is Tripla - Messukeskus - Koskenranta. The entire journey takes about 15 minutes.
Buses leave in front of Original Sokos Hotel Tripla and Messukeskus Congress Wing (the congress venue).
Bus transport is included in the ticket price.
There will be buses available to depart from the Event Center Koskenranta throughout the evening. The route will be Koskenranta - Messukeskus - Tripla.

There are parking spaces outside of Event Center Koskenranta that are free of charge.
Buses 57, 71, 78 and 506 stop on Viikintie, which is a 5-minute walk from the venue.
