Labquality has over 50 years of experience in External Quality Assessment (EQA), and our services are trusted by thousands of laboratories in more than 60 countries.
Our EQA schemes are designed to monitor and improve the quality of laboratory testing. We provide objective and independent assessments that support your existing quality system. With more than 250 clinically relevant EQA products, we help laboratories drive continuous improvement in testing quality.
Participating in Labquality’s EQA schemes provides:
- Independent verification of analytical performance
- Valuable data for internal quality monitoring and staff training
- Support in meeting ISO 15189 and other regulatory requirements
- Evidence for accreditation and external audits
Our extensive portfolio covers all major disciplines of laboratory medicine, including clinical chemistry, haematology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and point-of-care testing. We work actively to keep our programmes clinically relevant. Our R&D team launches new pilot studies regularly, and we aim to expand our portfolio with 5–10 new EQA schemes each year.
We operate from Finland and Poland and provide EQA services globally through our international partners and distributors. Our service includes detailed result reports, dedicated customer support, and access to LabScala, our user-friendly digital platform for result reporting. Through our global network, customers also receive local-language support.
