LabScala’s login page can be accessed from Labquality’s website and directly from http://my.labscala.fi.
Enter your client code as the username (5 digits) and your password. If you are logging in for the first time, please use the password you have received from Labquality’s customer service or your distributor, and change the password during your first login.
Note: In addition to the client code, there can be sub-usernames created by your LabScala administrator.
You’ll find your client code on the address label of the black/yellow striped parcel that you have received from Labquality.
The client code is printed on the upper right corner of the address label. Make sure to enter the client code using 5 digits, e.g. 01999.
If you don’t have the parcel and don’t know your client code, please contact our customer service at info@labquality.com or your local distributor.
The username has five digits. If necessary, add a sufficient number of zeros in front of the customer number. For example, the username of the customer number 1999 when logging in to LabScala is 01999.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? link to reset it. This functionality can be used only if an email address has been linked to the user's account. Enter the username and click Submit. You’ll receive a link to change the password to the email address that has been linked to your user account (password reset email).
A password recovery email address is not linked to your LabScala account, or the email is not up to date. Please also make sure to enter your username (not email address) in the field.
If you are still not able to log in or reset your password, please contact your local distributor or Labquality’s customer service for instructions. Please include your client code or username in your message.
You can update the password reset email in My Settings. Select My Settings from the drop-down menu at the header menu of LabScala and add the desired email address. Please note that there can only be one email address per username at a time
